If, as the article states, around 1965 all sexual material with even a small measure of social value would enjoy First Amendment protection, how are cases brought against pornographic magazines, movies, television? In other words, in dealing with court cases regarding pornography post 1965, what has the controversy been and what was the decision by the courts?
